If you are interested in learning how to buy a business you should first read No Money? No Problem! by Dennis Lowery. This book is an excellent resource for the business buyer who does not have a lot of available capital, it also has many valuable suggestions for business buyers who do have funds, but are looking to make a better deal. Dennis Lowery has assisted me on dozens of business transactions and he has always exceeded my expectations and those of my clients looking for solid business advice; I feel the same way about his book. Dennis is well-worth his advisory fee to personally assist you, but if that is not possible, then I highly recommend you purchase his book. At first glance this book may seem a little expensive, but when you consider it can save you tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of dollars, I think you will agree with me that No Money? No Problem! is well-worth the price.
