This is a fantastic book about investing in mobile home parks. The author has years of experience buying, selling, operating, and turning around mobile home parks. He has owned over a dozen mobile home parks and this book is based on real world experience that the author used to make money from mobile home park real estate investing. The advice the author gives readers in this book will be extremely helpful to anyone interested in investing in mobile home parks, whether you are an expert or a novice investor.
